Hello! I’m Stuart and this is my website.

I’m a wedding, portraiture and commercial photographer near Arbroath on Scotland’s east coast.

I’ve been taking photographs of things, places, sports and faces for years. In fact 2026 marks 10 years since I took the step up from it being simply a hobby to something I want to do when I grow up.

I’m a mental health advocate too. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder back in 2010, which came as a relief in many ways as it answered a lot of questions I had about myself. It’s well under control now, thankfully.

I’m currently studying towards my Higher National Diploma in Photography at Dundee and Angus College, I’m in my first year and it’s reignited my love for taking photographs. That has, in turn, reignited my desire to run a successful photography business again. So here we are – say cheese!
